Customer Care and Growth Executive

Salary £28,500 plus bonuses

Full Time Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm

Location: Rooksbridge, North Somerset

We are a fast growing new media business and are delighted to be recruiting a new member to our team to assist in the growth and continued success.

Job Role: Customer Care and Growth Executive

Main Duties:

• Prospective customer demonstrations – remote
• Existing customer demonstrations – remote
• Sales order processing
• Managing leads - tracking and generation
• Customer service and support
• Diary management
• Marketing support
• Process and procedures upkeep and management
• Answer incoming calls and manage as appropriate
• Internal/External communication updates as required
• Occasional attendance of UK based tradeshow
• General office duties as required and are within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job

Knowledge and Skills

Essential:

• Previous customer facing or sales experience (including retail and/or hospitality sectors)
• Can use standard office computer applications - Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook & PowerPoint
• Be able to complete some routine and non-routine tasks in an office environment
• Be able to plan and organise both familiar and new tasks
• Can produce and respond to detailed written and oral communication in an office setting
• Ability to use a problem-solving approach to respond appropriately to a wide range of enquiries
• Use a range of numerical and graphical data for the office environment
• Able to work on own initiative or with others on tasks with minimum supervision
• Show an awareness of others’ roles, responsibilities
• Strong organisational skills

Desirable

• Knowledge and understanding of office procedures and terminology
• Knowledge of the dental sector
• Knowledge of the veterinary sector
• Understanding of digital media
• Understanding of consumer marketing
• Experience of b2b sales
• UK clean and current driving licence
