This Residential Surveyor position is for a highly successful and growing residential chartered surveying business in the Kingston-upon-Thames area, which, due to increased business levels, is seeking an experienced surveying professional to join their team on an employed basis, working within a 25-mile radius from home.

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

Carrying out a range of Valuation and Survey work, including:

• Homebuyer (Level 2 Surveys)
• Mortgage Valuations
• Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure work is carried out on time.

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:

• Minimum AssocRICS qualified or higher
• Strong track record in Surveying - minimum of 2 years post-qualified
• VRS experience
• Attention-to-detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• UK Driving License
