An established and well-regarded independent firm is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to join a successful and growing team based in the South Hams. With a long-standing presence in the local community, our client has built a strong reputation and believes its people are at the heart of its continued success. Salary in the region of £35,000 OTE

As Assistant Branch Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the branch, building strong client relationships, and helping to drive the department forward.

About you

• A proactive and motivated individual with a positive outlook

• Knowledge of the South Hams area (advantageous)
• Full driving licence and own car (essential)

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the Branch Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations
• Acting as a first point of contact for clients and delivering excellent customer service
• Assisting with sales negotiations, property viewings, and applicant registrations
• Contributing to business growth by identifying opportunities and building client relationships
• Maintaining high standards of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail

Hours & Location

• Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:45am – 5:30pm)
• 1 in 3 Saturdays (9:00am – 1:00pm) with time off in lieu
• Based in the Modbury office
