Title: CNC Turner Setter / Operator
Location: Warwick
Salary: £34,435 - £39,300 per annum
Shift: Permanent Afternoons (Monday-Friday)

A great opportunity for a CNC Turning Setter / Operator to join a well-established aerospace and motorsport manufacturer, producing high-precision components, on a permanent afternoon shift.

CNC Turning Setter / Operator Responsibilities:

• Set and operate CNC turning machines
• Upload and run Fanuc programs
• Set tooling, chucks, and fixtures to meet job requirements
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and stage drawings
• Carry out in-process and final inspection using precision measuring equipment
• Record dimensional checks in line with drawing specifications
• Ensure parts meet strict quality and tolerance requirements

CNC Turning Setter / Operator Experience:

• Proven experience setting and operating CNC lathes
• Strong understanding of FANUC controls
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Previous experience in a high precision environment (Aerospace, Automotive, etc)
