Description

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports to support business planning and forecasting.
  • Monitor and evaluate key financial metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to provide financial guidance and insights.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
  • Support the development of budgets and long-term financial plans.
  • Deliver detailed variance analysis and recommendations for improvements.
  • Assist in evaluating commercial strategies and business cases.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance financial reporting and efficiency.

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis and business partnering.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools.
  • Ability to communicate financial data clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
