About the Company
We are seeking an experience Technical Manager with a strong electrical background and solid mechanical knowledge to lead and support a number of branch engineering operations across the UK.
The role involves overseeing and developing standards of maintenance, installation, reactive, and commissioning works across systems including sewage sets, HVAC systems, and submersible pumps.
The successful candidate will take ownership in engineering standards, workforce development, and technical compliance, ensuring continuous improvement across all areas of the business. Technical Manager - The Details
Proven experience with sewage and boost pump systems, submersible pumps, HVAC systems and controls, and motors, panels and fault finding
Previous supervisory or management experience
Desirable: Experience in FM, water utilities, or building services
Desirable: Knowledge of VSDs, BMS systems, and automation
Oversee all technical operations
Review technical drawings, specifications and commissioning documentation
Carry out regular job quality audits across all service and project work
Implement corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives
Lead, motivate, and manage engineering teams and subcontractors
Take full responsibility for the training and development of engineering staff
Promote a strong safety culture and high-performance environment
