The Opportunity
We’re partnering with an innovative, high-growth technology business to hire a Senior Management Accountant into their expanding finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a commercially driven organisation operating at the forefront of innovation, with a strong international footprint and ambitious growth plans. You’ll work closely with the Financial Controller and play a key role in delivering high-quality financial insights, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving improvements across systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Produce accurate monthly management accounts and reporting packs for senior leadership
Support year-end and audit processes, ensuring compliance with IFRS
Partner with operational teams to provide meaningful financial analysis and insights
Analyse cost structures, profitability, and key financial trends
Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Support business cases, investment appraisals, and scenario modelling
Maintain and enhance internal financial controls and processes
Mentor and support junior members of the finance team
Play a key role in a major ERP system upgrade and ongoing optimisation project
Collaborate with IT and external vendors to improve finance systems and reporting capabilities
About You
Fully qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
Proven experience in management accounting
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP/BI systems
Confident communicator, able to work cross-functionally with non-finance stakeholders
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
