We're supporting a specialist operations business in the search for a Vertical Quality Supervisor to join their London team.

THE ROLE

As the Vertical Quality Supervisor, you'll oversee quality and safety standards across multiple London sites. You'll carry out inspections, audit completed works, support operational teams, and ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety regulations.

Responsibilities include:

• Conducting site inspections and quality audits
• Supporting and coaching operational teams
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures
• Reporting issues and identifying improvements
• Maintaining inspection records and documentation
• Supporting onboarding and training of new staff

ESSENTIAL SKILLS

• Ex-military background essential
• Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Organised and proactive approach
• Confident communication skills
• Comfortable working independently across multiple sites
• IT competent

Experience within facilities management, engineering, logistics, operations, working at height, rope access, or specialist cleaning would be advantageous.
