Roselands Resourcing are proud to be partnering with a well established organisation with offices in Hove, Crawley and Worthing to recruit for a Junior Business Partner.

We are seeking an experienced and people focused Junior HR Business Partner to join a collaborative and forward thinking People Team. This is an excellent opportunity to play a key role in shaping employee experience, supporting leadership capability, and driving a positive workplace culture across a multi site organisation.

Working closely with the HR Director, you will partner with managers and senior leaders to provide both strategic and hands on HR support. You will lead on a varied employee relations caseload, support performance and engagement initiatives, contribute to workforce planning and development, and help deliver effective and commercially focused people solutions.

This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine impact while working within a supportive environment that values collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The successful Junior HR Business Partner will have:

  • Proven experience in a HR role
  • Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
  • Experience building strong stakeholder relationships across all levels
  • A proactive, solutions focused approach with excellent communication skills
  • CIPD Level 5 qualified, working towards, or equivalent experience
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
