Robert Half is currently partnering a organisation going though substantial change and are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Commercial Project Leader to join our Finance team.

This role plays a key part in supporting the Commercial/Finance Department, working closely with the Contracts Managers, Operation Directors, Commercial Directors and the Heads of Finance.

You will be responsible for supporting fee management activities across the Group, including managing referrals, coordinating fee uplifts, and liaising with funders to secure annual percentage increases across Residential and Care in the Home packages.

Fees Management & Commercial Support

• Negotiate annual fee uplifts with Care Boards, Local Authorities, and private clients
• Communicate directly with funders and manage ongoing follow-ups to progress negotiations
• Work closely with Service Managers and internal stakeholders to support costing and funder discussions
• Maintain accurate and well-organised records of all funder communications and fee agreements
• Record approved fees to ensure accurate billing
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports on fee uplift progress and future income projections
• Investigate and help resolve discrepancies between expected fees and actual receipts
• Produce and maintain advanced spreadsheets and management reports

Exeprience Required

Experience within healthcare, or a similar environment such as care provision

• Strong confidence working with financial data and producing advanced spreadsheets and reports
• Excellent organisational and strategic planning skills
• High level of IT proficiency
• Experience using CRM systems

Up to £550 per day with a view to go perm.
