We’re looking for a commercially minded Financial Analyst to join a fast-paced, multi-site business in a high-impact role supporting key commercial teams. This is a great opportunity for a proactive part-qualified or qualified accountant who wants to influence decisions and drive real value from day one.

The Role

You’ll act as a trusted business partner to commercial stakeholders, providing insight and analysis to support trading performance and strategic decision-making. Alongside this, you’ll play a key role in improving reporting processes and delivering high-quality financial insight.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with commercial teams to influence trading and performance decisions
• Deliver sales, profitability, and ROI analysis to drive business outcomes
• Support budgeting and forecasting cycles
• Build financial models to inform pricing and commercial strategy
• Enhance reporting processes and improve data-driven insights

About You

• Part-qualified or fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
• Strong commercial awareness with proven experience in business partnering
• Confident in financial analysis and turning data into actionable insights
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with BI tools is highly desirable
