The Role

• Dealing with a high volume of calls, front line to receive calls and screen them to be connected to the appropriate recruiter / colleague.
• Use a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, etc to produce correspondence and documents and maintain, records and spreadsheets
• Prescreen and select candidates according to criteria provided.
• Make a high volume of outbound calls to check availability and suitability of candidates.
• Conduct telephone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Text, Email, message candidates.
• Request CV’s, certification and all documentation in line with ESS recruitment policy.
• Register candidate information onto company database.
• Translate CV’s to English and format into profile CV.
• Update, administrate and compose spreadsheets with candidate availability.
• Add / update bookings and placements on company database.
• Increase ESS pool of suitable candidates using every tool available, phone, mass text, email, adverts, job board, social media etc.
• Build and maintain relationships with key candidates, business associates and colleagues to ensure quality of service.
• Liaise with ESS colleagues in international offices to help facilitate good communication between candidates & Recruiters.
• Facilitate contractors travel from country of residence to place of work / temporary accommodation.
• Prioritise workload; make sure important tasks are followed up.
• Escalate employee’s queries to be resolved efficiently.
• Ensure candidates documentation is kept fully up to date and compliant with company procedures.
• General administrative duties.
