• Help define the transformation capability
• Lead and implement Six Sigma-based process improvement initiatives.
• Leverage opportunities from global SAP S4 roll out
• Analyse current business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to optimise workflows and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on transformation goals.
• Provide detailed reports and data-driven insights to stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor progress and measure success against project objectives and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.

Profile

A successful Transformation Consultant - Six Sigma MUST have

• (Re) defined transformation capabilities in large corporates
• Strategic and hand on
• FMCG transformation experience
• Process excellence track record across multiple corporate functions - ideally finance, sales, operations, IT
• Multi-country transformation experience
• SAP-led transformation experience
• Six Sigma Black Belt

Highly desirable

• Shared service centre experience
