About Us

We are a successful family-run hospitality group with multiple restaurant venues in Liverpool. We are now looking for an experienced, driven and hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead one of our busy city-centre sites on Bold Street.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong operator who understands service, team leadership, sales growth and creating an excellent guest experience.

The Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the restaurant, ensuring smooth operations, high service standards and strong financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations
• Lead, train and motivate the front-of-house team
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Drive sales and hit agreed performance targets
• Manage rotas, staffing levels and labour costs
• Oversee stock control and ordering
• Maintain hygiene, health & safety, and compliance standards
• Handle customer feedback professionally
• Create a positive team culture and high standards

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager / General Manager in a busy venue
• Strong leadership and people-management skills
• Commercial awareness and target-driven mindset
• Passion for hospitality and customer experience
• Organised, reliable and hands-on attitude
• Experience in high-volume restaurants preferred
