About the Role

We are proud to be working with a well-established and growing organisation in Camberley that is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced marketing professional to take ownership of strategic campaigns, lead a small team, and play a key role in driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall marketing strategy in line with business objectives
• Lead and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, and offline platforms
• Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all marketing activity
• Manage, mentor, and develop junior marketing team members
• Drive lead generation and customer engagement initiatives
• Analyse campaign performance, reporting on KPIs and optimising activity
• Collaborate closely with sales and senior leadership teams
• Manage external agencies and suppliers where required

About You

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, ideally at Manager level
• Strong experience across digital marketing channels (social, email, content, PPC, etc.)
• Excellent leadership and team development skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute hands-on campaigns
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Experience within a B2B environment
• Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools
• Experience managing budgets and delivering ROI-focused campaigns
• Basic design or content creation knowledge (e.g., Canva, Adobe tools)
