Permanent Full Time 35 Hours per week Hybrid Based in Stratford Upon Avon £33,000 pa
A great opportunity to join a busy finance team that are responsible for all income and expenditure transactions for the business. Supervising a small team you will also support the actives across the Finance Operations enabling the wider Finance team to deliver key reporting, compliance and strategic activities.
You will have the opportunity to contribute to the organisation's financial health, while developing valuable skills and building a foundation for future growth within the finance team.
A strong understanding of finance operations
Experience supervising transactional finance function
Proficient in financial systems and Microsoft Office applications
Oversee end to end supplier payment process
Support daily, weekly and month-end cash and bank processes, working closely with the financial accounting team
Administrate insurance policy documentations, liaise with broker and coordinate annual renewals
Contribute to the design and implementation of process improvement initiatives
Effective communication skills both internally and externally
Able to act as key point of contact for all transactional financial related queries
