Role: Production Operative
Location: Groby
Pay: £12.71 per hour

Working Hours:

• Monday - Wednesday: 7:30am - 4:30pm
• Thursday: 7:30am - 4:00pm
• Friday: 7:30am - 1:00pm
• Alternative shifts available: 6:00am - 2:00pm / 2:00pm - 10:00pm (shift allowance applicable)

Contract:
12-month temporary position with strong potential for a permanent opportunity

About the Role

We're looking for a proactive and hands-on Production Operative to join a well-established team in Groby. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out production duties in line with work instructions and standard operating procedures
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and production equipment safely and efficiently
• Perform quality checks, identifying and reporting any faults, defects, or inconsistencies
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes, tools, and equipment

What We're Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude with previous hands-on production experience
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high quality standards
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work methodically
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
