Our client, a long-standing business in Stockport is offering a rare part-time opportunity due to retirement for a personable and hands-on Purchase Ledger / Accounts Assistant to become a valued member of their accounts team.
Your new roleResponsible for the efficient processing and control of supplier and customer accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded, suppliers are paid on time, and customer queries are handled promptly.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience of working in a Purchase Ledger/Accounts Assistant role
Personable, hands-on and strong can-do attitude
Team player
Able to work as part of a small finance team
Excellent customer service skills - able to communicate confidently and efficiently in a personable and professional manner
What you'll get in return
