teams.About the RoleReporting directly to the Bids & Contracts Manager, you’ll be responsible for
providing vital support to the Bid and Contracts Team, ensuring smooth operations through efficient administration of contracts, data, and reporting. You would be responsible for coordinating contractual documentation, maintaining records, preparing reports. They will also support in completing various tasks to support the timely submission of bids

To ensure the timely creation and maintenance of various Commercial files
To maintain/update various data spreadsheets and online databases
To provide general administrative support for the Bid and Contracts Team
