This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded, hands-on accountant to join a fast-moving business where finance plays a key role in strategic decision-making.The rolewould suit someone already operating in industry.

The Role

Reporting into the Finance team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality management information while partnering closely with stakeholders across the business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring accurate and timely revenue recognition in line with accounting standards and internal policy
• Producing insightful management accounts, KPIs and variance analysis
• Reviewing and analysing the cost base to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting and long-term planning
• Maintaining and strengthening financial controls across entities and commercial projects
• Partnering with non-finance teams as a trusted advisor
• Driving continuous improvement across finance processes and systems
• Supporting ERP implementation and finance transformation initiatives
• Preparing financial information for stakeholders and corporate activity

Your Profile

• Fully qualified Accountant
• Strong management accounting and variance analysis experience
• Commercial mindset with the confidence to challenge and improve
• Proactive, curious and solutions-focused
• Strong Excel skills and experience with accounting systems (e.g. Xero, Sage)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
