Elevation Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Parts Sales Advisor to join a busy Aftermarket team in Rotherham. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills and attention to detail to develop within a fast-paced technical environment.

Joining a fantastic team, you will be responsible for handling customer enquiries and providing accurate parts solutions while ensuring a high level of service.

Key duties include as the Parts Sales Advisor:

• Handling customer enquiries and providing parts support
• Identifying correct parts using technical information and BOMs
• Processing and recording orders accurately on internal systems
• Providing updates on orders, deliveries, and progress
• Supporting sales growth through upselling and margin awareness
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and customer information
• Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery

About You

• Strong customer service or parts/aftersales experience (desirable)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Confident communicator
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• IT literate (CRM/SAP experience desirable)
