Charsley Harrison LLP is a well-established firm in the heart of historic Windsor. As we expand our Litigation Department, we’re looking for a skilled Civil Litigation Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to join our team.

Supporting the Head of Department, you’ll manage a varied caseload within civil litigation. This includes employment law, landlord & tenant disputes, contractual disagreements, commercial litigation and debt recovery.

You’ll work both independently and collaboratively, handling pre-litigation and court proceedings with confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Running your own civil litigation caseload
• Advising clients on a range of contentious matters
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence
• Representing clients in court when required
• Managing files and meeting deadlines
• Getting involved in marketing and business development

The Person

• We’re looking for someone who is:
• 2+ years PQE with litigation experience
• Confident handling complex legal matters independently
• Accurate and detail-focused
• Skilled in written and verbal communication
• Comfortable with case management systems (training provided)
• A team player with excellent client care
• Interested in local networking and promoting the firm
