Duties include:

  • Managing emails and correspondence
  • Updating internal systems and records
  • Preparing documents and reports
  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries
  • Data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • General administrative support
  • Supporting the wider team with day-to-day tasks

Essential Skills:

  • GCSE Maths and English (Grade C/4 or above minimum)
  • Ideally 6 months – 1 year of office or administration experience
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
  • IT literate with a good understanding of Microsoft Office and ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Good communication skills (telephone, email and face-to-face)
  • High level of attention to detail
