Nigel Wright are currently supporting a North Shields based business with their temporary Accounts Assistant requirement. This role will be on an initial 6-month contract basis.

The Role
As Accounts Assistant, you will: 
  • Process purchase invoices accurately
  • Match invoices to purchase orders and delivery notes
  • Respond to supplier queries and resolve invoice or payment discrepancies
  • Reconcile supplier statements 
  • Maintain accurate records within the accounting system

The Candidate
What we need: 
  • Experience in similar role (purchase ledger)
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work in fast paced environment 
  • Available on short notice
