The Role:

As the Technical Manager, you’ll support the technical function, ensuring products meet legal, safety, and customer standards while driving a strong food safety culture across the site.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop the growing QA team

Ensure compliance with BRC / retailer standards / HACCP

Support the management of customer and third-party audits end-to-end

Own specifications, risk assessments, and food safety systems

Act as the key technical contact for customers and suppliers

Drive continuous improvement and technical excellence
