Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the office team
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and post
  • Maintain and update client and office records
  • Support advisers and support staff with basic administrative tasks
  • Assist with scanning, filing, and document management
  • Coordinate office supplies and general office organisation
  • Support onboarding and client servicing processes where required
  • Ensure a tidy, efficient, and well-organised office environment

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Reliable, professional, and proactive attitude

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in financial services or professional services environment
  • Familiarity with client record systems or CRM platforms
  • Experience supporting a busy office or multiple stakeholders
  • Flexibility to work part-time or school hours (where applicable)
