Description

The Corporate Partner will be:

* Working on a range of corporate transactions including M&A deals

* Advising on corporate reorganisations and strategic business matters

* Managing and developing key client relationships

* Mentoring junior members of the team

* Driving business development and identifying new opportunities

* Playing a key role in the growth and direction of the Corporate team

* Working with other departments

• * Contributing to the firm's wider strategic objectives

Profile

The Corporate Partner should be / have;

* A solicitor with significant PQE in corporate law

* Experienced in handling M&A transactions and corporate restructures

* Commercially minded with strong business development skills

* Able to build and maintain long-term client relationships

* Previously managed teams

• * Ideally currently operating at Partner or Legal Director level, or ready to step up
