SEN Support Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team in a Special Educational Needs (SEN) support role. This full-time position is initially temporary, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate. Interviews will be conducted over the next few weeks.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Supporting students with additional needs in a classroom setting.
  • Assisting with learning activities to help pupils engage and progress.
  • Working closely with teaching staff to provide a consistent and supportive environment.
  • Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing among students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/4 or above, or equivalent.
  • A valid driving licence.
  • Previous experience working with individuals with SEN is desirable but not essential.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A patient, proactive, and caring approach is crucial.
