Role: Conveyancing Paralegal

Location: Abergavenny

Salary: Depending on experience

Full-time | 5 days per week office based

We are currently working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Abergavenny that is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal to join their busy and supportive Residential Property team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous conveyancing experience who is looking to develop their career within a friendly firm that can offer genuine long-term progression opportunities.

The Role

You will be supporting fee earners on a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. The successful candidate will become an integral part of the team and will have the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility over time.

Duties will include:

• Assisting with a full range of residential conveyancing transactions
• Preparing legal documents and correspondence
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
• Managing files and ensuring compliance requirements are met
• Carrying out searches, Land Registry applications and post-completion matters
• Providing administrative and legal support to the wider property team

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working within residential conveyancing
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy workload effectively
• A proactive and team-oriented approach
• Excellent attention to detail
