Job Title: Duty Manager

Location: Nine Elms

Reports to: Resident Manager

The Role

We’re looking for a hands-on Duty Manager to oversee the day-to-day running of a residential development. You’ll lead the on-site team, manage contractors, and be the go-to person for residents and any issues that arise.

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role where no two days are the same.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading and supporting the on-site team to deliver a high standard of service
• Managing contractors and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
• Handling resident queries, incidents, and complaints professionally
• Supporting maintenance, compliance, and health & safety on site
• Assisting with site mobilisation and ongoing improvements
• Stepping up as the main point of contact when senior management are off-site

What We’re Looking For

• Experience leading or supervising a team (property, hospitality, facilities or similar)
• Confident dealing with complaints and problem-solving on the spot
• Good understanding of building operations and contractor management
• Strong communication and organisation skills
• Knowledge of health & safety (IOSH/First Aid a bonus)
