What You’ll Be Doing

Taking full ownership of a portfolio of mid-market and complex commercial clients

Building and strengthening long-term, strategic client relationships

Leading renewal strategies with a proactive, forward-thinking approach

Identifying and converting new business opportunities through your network

Driving cross-sell and growth across your client base

Delivering compelling proposals and presentations that win and retain business

Collaborating closely with broking and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery

Supporting regional strategy and contributing to overall sales performance

Mentoring and developing Account Executives and junior team members

Setting the standard for client service, sales excellence, and compliance

What We’re Looking For

A proven background managing mid-market or complex commercial insurance portfolios

Strong technical knowledge across commercial insurance products and markets

Confidence operating at senior decision-maker level with strong negotiation skills

A natural leader—whether through direct management or mentoring/coaching others
