We are working on behalf of an established and growing specialist employment law practice who are seeking a Senior Associate Employment Lawyer to join their highly regarded team during an exciting period of growth.

The Role You will advise a diverse client base across the full spectrum of employment law matters, managing your own caseload with a high level of autonomy while working alongside an experienced and supportive team.
The position offers genuine flexibility, allowing you to work from home, from the firm’s central London office, or through a hybrid arrangement that works best for you.

About You

• Qualified Solicitor with approximately 5–8 years PQE in Employment Law
• Strong academic background
• Experience gained within a reputable employment law practice
• Commercially minded with excellent client relationship skills
• Motivated, proactive and capable of working autonomously
• Passionate about delivering exceptional client service
• Keen to build your profile and play a key role in the continued growth of the firm
