Recruitment Consultant – Technology

Location: Birmingham / Hybrid

Salary: Up to £32,000 basic + uncapped commission

The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, working closely with clients and candidates within the technology market.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
• Sourcing and engaging high-quality candidates within the tech space
• Managing the full recruitment process from initial briefing through to placement
• Negotiating offers and closing deals
• Working towards and exceeding revenue targets and KPIs
• Developing market knowledge and becoming a specialist within your niche
