This is a predominantly private PA role, ideal for someone who enjoys being fully immersed in a Founder’s world — managing their day-to-day life, schedule, and personal priorities with precision and discretion. You will act as a true right hand during a busy and fast-moving period, ensuring everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes.

This is an immediate start position with strong potential to become permanent.

The Role

• Full private PA support to the Founder with a strong lifestyle focus
• Managing a complex and ever-changing diary, travel, and social schedule
• Coordinating restaurants, events, personal appointments, and key bookings
• Handling day-to-day personal logistics, errands, and ad hoc requests
• Acting as a gatekeeper across inbox and communications

• Proven experience as a Private PA supporting a high-profile individual
• Well-connected or highly knowledgeable across London’s lifestyle scene
• Proactive, solutions-focused, and always one step ahead
• Discreet, calm, and confident managing competing priorities
• Available to start immediately
