Part time. Facilities Assistant – Temporary Sickness Cover.

Location: Uxbridge (with travel to Greenford)
Pay Rate: £12.50 – £14.00 per hour
Hours: Days 9:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour lunch) Tuesdays and Wednesdays ONLY.
Start Date: ASAP- Temporary Cover for one month and then to be reviewed.

About the Role

My client, based in Uxbridge, is a leading supplier of energy drinks, catering to athletes, musicians, and fans alike. They are currently seeking a Facilities Assistant to join their team on a 4-week temporary contract.

This is a part time role. Tuesdays and Wednesdays ONLY. This is a hands-on, varied role where you’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of their head office and supporting operations across multiple environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving a company van between the Uxbridge head office and Greenford warehouse to collect and transport stock
• Conducting stock checks and ensuring supplies are replenished
• Loading and restocking fridges with drinks across site
• Supporting with general facilities duties, including moving furniture and setting up workspaces
• Assisting with basic maintenance tasks and coordinating with contractors when required
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
• Comfortable driving a company van and transporting goods between sites
• Physically fit, as this is an active, manual role
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work independently
• Strong team player with a positive, “can-do” attitude
