Project Manager

• Location: Bournemouth - Hybrid
• Salary: £300 per day (negotiable based on experience)
• Contract: 6-month contract

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong Business Analyst background to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who can successfully bridge the gap between business needs and project delivery, ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to organisational objectives.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation through to delivery using PRINCE2 methodology.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear project plans, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project risks, issues, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project governance forums.
• Ensure effective communication between technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement in project and business analysis processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with hands-on Business Analyst experience.
• PRINCE2 certification (Practitioner preferred).
• Strong requirement-gathering, process mapping, and documentation skills.
• Experience delivering projects in complex or fast-paced environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.

Desirable:

• Experience working in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
• Relevant industry experience (e.g., public sector, IT, finance, healthcare).
