Key Responsibilities

• Monitor regulatory developments (horizon scanning)
• Support licensing, KYC, and regulatory queries
• Assist with policy and procedure reviews
• Maintain the regulatory reporting calendar
• Review financial crime and sanctions alerts
• Support compliance monitoring activities
• Handle administrative tasks and team support

Skills & Experience

• Strong willingness to learn and professional approach
• Compliance or financial services experience beneficial but not essential
• Insurance experience preferred
• Relevant degree/qualification advantageous
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
