The opportunity

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading Lean and CI activities such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and 5S
• Driving OEE improvement, scrap reduction, and productivity gains
• Using data-driven analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities
• Delivering cross-functional CI projects from concept through to implementation
• Embedding a continuous improvement culture across the shop floor

This role offers real visibility and the opportunity to influence site performance in a complex, high-volume environment.

About you
We’re looking for a hands-on Continuous Improvement professional who is confident operating in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

You will bring:

• Experience within high-volume or automotive manufacturing environments 
• A proven track record in Lean / Continuous Improvement delivery
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-led approach
• Experience using tools such as 5 Why, root cause analysis, and structured CI methodologies
• The ability to engage, influence and drive change on the shop floor
• A proactive, resilient approach and the ability to see projects through from start to finish are key to success in this role.
