The opportunityKey responsibilities include:
- Leading Lean and CI activities such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and 5S
- Driving OEE improvement, scrap reduction, and productivity gains
- Using data-driven analysis to identify trends and improvement opportunities
- Delivering cross-functional CI projects from concept through to implementation
- Embedding a continuous improvement culture across the shop floor

About youWe’re looking for a hands-on Continuous Improvement professional who is confident operating in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
You will bring:
- Experience within high-volume or automotive manufacturing environments
- A proven track record in Lean / Continuous Improvement delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-led approach
- Experience using tools such as 5 Why, root cause analysis, and structured CI methodologies
- The ability to engage, influence and drive change on the shop floor
- A proactive, resilient approach and the ability to see projects through from start to finish are key to success in this role.
