We are seeking a dynamic Business Sales Executive, driving business growth and achieving ambitious targets. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in sales and a proven track record of success in client relationship management and strategic sales planning.

Day-to-Day of the Role:

  • Strategy Development and Execution: Design and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with organisational goals. Adapt sales tactics to changing industry trends and establish sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensure exceptional customer service standards.
  • Sales Operations and Reporting: Manage sales pipelines, utilise CRM systems for sales activities, and prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
  • Market Analysis and Business Development: Conduct market research, develop strategies to capture new business opportunities, and attend industry events to enhance company visibility.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a sales role with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets. 
  • Skills: Strong understanding of sales principles, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attributes: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, high level of motivation, resilience, and adaptability to changing market conditions.
