Senior Residential Conveyancer

Location: Manchester City Centre

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Conveyancer to lead a well-established and growing team. 

This senior leadership role will oversee a large conveyancing operation of more than 70 professionals, leading performance, driving operational excellence and delivering an outstanding client experience.

You will play a key role in shaping strategy, improving processes and supporting continued business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Senior Conveyancer to lead, motivate and develop a high-performing conveyancing team
• Oversee day-to-day operational performance, workflow management and resource planning
• Ensure consistency across teams through effective processes, procedures and best practice
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and encourage collaboration and innovation
• Produce meaningful operational and performance reports for senior management
• Maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirement.

About You

• Senior Conveyancer with proven leadership experience within a conveyancing or legal services environment
• Strong technical understanding of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic and commercially aware, with a proactive approach to problem solving
• Passionate about team development, engagement and customer experience
