Your responsibilities as a Flusher / General Operative

As a Flusher / General Operative, you’ll play a key role in maintaining water systems across commercial properties. Your duties will include:

• Checking and monitoring taps and water outlets
• Flushing systems to maintain water quality
• Measuring water pressure levels
• Testing water temperature and heat output
• Identifying and reporting faults, leaks, or damages
• Reporting faulty faucets and fixtures
• Completing basic records and reports of checks carried out

What we’re looking for

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
• Comfortable working independently across sites
• Basic understanding of plumbing or maintenance (preferred but not essential)
• Good attention to detail when recording findings
• Ability to follow health & safety procedures
