Private PA – Private Family Office, Palma de Mallorca

Our UHNW client is seeking an exceptional Trilingual Private PA to join a private family office based in Palma de Mallorca. This is a fast-paced and demanding role requiring a highly polished, proactive, and experienced professional who is accustomed to supporting UHNW principals within a private environment.

Based full time/year-round in stunning offices in Palma, the successful candidate must already be based in Spain and have previous experience working as a Private PA supporting a UHNW individual or family. The role requires exceptional organisational skills, complete discretion, and the ability to manage complex schedules and lifestyle demands with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full diary management for the principal, ensuring schedules run seamlessly and efficiently
• Coordinate all private travel arrangements, including complex international itineraries
• Manage private appointments and personal scheduling with precision and discretion
• Oversee personal shopping requests and lifestyle-related errands

Requirements:

• Fluent German, English, and Spanish (professional level essential)
• Previous experience supporting a UHNW principal as a Private PA or Executive Assistant
• Already based in Spain with full working rights

Preferred Experience:

• Experience within private households, family offices, or luxury environments
• Exposure to international travel coordination and lifestyle management
• Experience supporting entrepreneurial or high-profile principals
