Central Lettings Assistant

Somerset & Devon (multi-site role)

£35,000 – £40,000

We are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly respected property firm to recruit a Central Lettings Assistant to join their growing lettings team.

This is a varied and exciting opportunity supporting a busy, multi-branch lettings operation. The role would suit someone already working within lettings who is looking to broaden their experience in a more central, support-focused position.

The Role

• Work closely with the Head of Lettings to support business objectives and processes
• Assist with the day-to-day lettings of residential property
• Provide support across multiple offices, both remotely and in person
• Contribute to staff training and development
• Work alongside marketing to support department growth
• Carry out a variety of administrative duties

About You

• 2–3 years’ residential lettings experience preferred
• Strong understanding of the full lettings process
• Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Strong IT skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
• Passion for delivering high standards of service
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (essential)

Desirable:

• ARLA qualification
