HLP on behalf of Integrity Mortgages are looking for a Protection Advisor to join our busy Worthing based sales team. Established in 2013 Integrity is a well-established, friendly, fun business with 100s of 5* reviews and an outstanding reputation for quality service.

This exciting, newly created role will help drive the continued growth of the business and specialise in offering existing and new customers a range of protection products. You will be based in our office in Worthing Town centre and will be joining a company that prides itself on maintaining a strong existing base of clients and has reputation for providing outstanding Customer Service.

You will be required to meet our existing potential clients, obtain full background information and advise appropriately to ensure that all client matters are dealt with efficiently and effectively to meet all regulatory and company requirements.

As well as clients being provided you will be expected to generate your own business and/or already have an existing client base. It is likely you will get circa 30 hot leads per month from our Mortgage Advisors, and we also have a back book of 1000s of clients for you to approach.

What you’ll be doing as a Protection Advisor:

• Client Interaction & Advice: Assess clients’ financial situations and provide clear, tailored protection advice based on their needs
• Product Research & Recommendations: Analyse and compare insurance products to recommend the most suitable options for each client
• Sales & Application Process: Present solutions, complete applications, and manage submissions through to approval
• Compliance & Regulation: Ensure all advice and processes meet regulatory standards and are fully documented
• Administration & Follow-Up: Manage ongoing client communication, policy updates, and periodic reviews
• Business Development: Generate leads and build relationships to grow and maintain a client base
• Ongoing Professional Development: Stay updated with industry knowledge, regulations, and professional qualifications

What skills and experience we’re looking for in a Protection Advisor:

• Previous Protection experience essential (would consider Mortgage background)
• Outstanding communication (written and verbal) and great interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation and resilience
• Target driven with a positive mindset
• Well organised approach, strong admin and IT skills
• Ability to use your imitative and work with limited supervision
• Excellent attention to detail
