A school in BD7 is looking for an SEN TA to support pupils with challenging behaviour. It’s a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same, but if you’re someone who thrives on building relationships and staying one step ahead, you’ll fit right in.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting pupils with behavioural needs
  • Helping manage the classroom environment
  • Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
  • Working closely with teaching staff and support teams

What they need from you:

  • Experience with challenging behaviour or SEND
  • Confidence, consistency, and a sense of humour
  • A proactive, can-do attitude
  • Someone who doesn’t take things personally and stays steady

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
