Recruit UK is working with a respected Financial Planning firm in West Yorkshire that is looking to appoint a Wills & Trusts Administrator to join its legal department.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and Private Client Administrator who enjoys working in a client focused environment and supporting a busy team with a broad range of administrative and client servicing duties.

This role is suitable for both Junior and experienced candidates, provided that you are currently working within a Legal Administration support role.

The Role

You will provide administrative support to the Private Client team, helping to ensure work is managed efficiently while delivering a high standard of service to clients.

Responsibilities will include:

· Writing Wills & Trust letters

· Dealing with Probate procedures

· Writing LPA letters (Lasting Power of Attorney)

· Office Public Guardian registrations and competencies

· Preparing client documentation and correspondence

· Opening and maintaining accurate client files

· Liaising with clients and third parties professionally and efficiently

· Handling incoming calls, emails and general enquiries

· Ensuring all records are maintained in line with compliance and data protection requirements

· Assisting with document preparation, scanning, filing and general office administration


About You

The ideal candidate will have:

· Previous administration experience within legal, professional services or financial services

· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

· Strong communication and client service skills

· The ability to prioritise workloads and work to deadlines

· Confidence using Microsoft Office and case management or CRM systems

· A professional and approachable manner
