You’ll be part of a newly established High Value & Complex Injury team, working on challenging and rewarding cases within a supportive and forward-thinking environment.

This role is ideal for a Personal Injury Solicitor looking to step into a more specialised caseload, with client contact, technical development and the opportunity to play a key role within an expanding team.

The role

As a Personal Injury Solicitor in Glasgow, you will manage a caseload of higher-value and complex personal injury claims including road traffic accidents, employer liability and public liability matters.

You will take ownership of files from instruction through to resolution, including conducting litigation, preparing cases for court and liaising with Counsel where required. You’ll also maintain regular client contact, ensuring a high standard of service throughout the claims process.
 

About you

This role would suit a Personal Injury Solicitor who:

• Has experience handling high-value or complex personal injury claims
• Has a background in personal injury litigation and court work
• Is confident instructing and working with Counsel
• Communicates clearly and builds strong client relationships
• Is organised and able to manage competing deadlines
• Is motivated to develop within a specialist team environment
