Job Description:

Recruit UK is working on an exciting opportunity for an IFA Administrator to join a well-established wealth management firm based in Coventry.

As an IFA Administrator you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of client servicing, compliance, and business processing activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and process new business applications, including anti-money laundering checks and fact-finding
  • Handle client correspondence, including letters, emails, and telephone queries
  • Ensure all documentation meets FCA regulatory standards
  • Liaise with product providers to obtain valuations, policy information, and resolve queries
  • Assist in the preparation of annual reviews and investment pathway documentation

Skills and experience required:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working as IFA Administrator or similar roles.
  • Ideally Level 4 qualified or currently studying towards Level 4
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
