What you’ll be responsible for

• Owning the day-to-day performance of multiple social media accounts
• Turning concepts into short-form, high-impact posts optimised for each platform
• Using AI-powered creation tools to generate visuals, scenes and ideas at speed
• Spotting trends early and adapting them into original content
• Maintaining a consistent publishing rhythm across platforms
• Reviewing performance data and adjusting content direction accordingly
• Exploring and implementing platform monetisation features

What we’re looking for

• Demonstrable experience growing social pages
• A strong instinct for viral mechanics, hooks and audience behaviour
• Comfortable editing video content using modern tools (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve)
• Confidence working independently and managing your own output
• Clear communication and a steady flow of creative ideas
• Practical understanding of how creators and brands earn through social platforms

• Design or motion graphics capability
