Working across festivals, fan zones, cultural events and experiential projects, the Event Operations Manager will oversee end-to-end delivery, supplier coordination and onsite operations while supporting junior team members and driving exceptional client experiences.

This is an innovative live events and technology business delivering food, drink and hospitality experiences across some of the UK's most recognisable public events and brands.
The business partners with major festivals, sporting events, cultural celebrations and corporate clients, providing end-to-end food and beverage event solutions powered by a market-leading technology platform.
With a collaborative and ambitious culture, the company has grown rapidly over the past decade and now supports millions of event attendees annually. Due to continued expansion, they are now looking for an Event Operations Manager to support the delivery of their largest and most commercially important projects.
THE ROLE
This position will focus on the planning, coordination and delivery of complex live events and food & beverage experiences across the UK.
The Event Operations Manager will manage projects from contract stage through to live delivery and post-event reporting, ensuring supplier performance, operational efficiency and excellent guest experiences throughout. This role will also involve mentoring junior team members and supporting wider operational improvements across the business.
Duties as Event Operations Manager will include:
- Managing large-scale live and public event projects from planning through to delivery
- Coordinating food & beverage suppliers, logistics and operational requirements
- Creating RAMS documentation and ensuring health & safety compliance
- Managing budgets, reporting and post-event analysis
- Leading onsite operations during live event delivery
- Working closely with clients and stakeholders to deliver successful projects
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members within the production team
- Developing operational processes and identifying efficiencies across delivery
- Representing the business at industry and networking events
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this Event Operations Manager role, candidates should have strong experience delivering large-scale live events, festivals, experiential activations or food & beverage-led projects within the events industry.
You'll be highly organised, commercially aware and confident managing multiple stakeholders, suppliers and operational requirements simultaneously. Experience working on public events, outdoor events or experiential projects would be highly beneficial.
This role would suit an experienced Event Manager, Operations Manager or Production Manager looking to take the next step within a fast-paced and rapidly growing events business.
